AdamsWein "Heerweg" Spatburgunder 2022

Simone Adams is new producer to the states, and her Pinot Noir (aka Spatburgunder) produces from biodynamically-farmed vineyards in the Rheinhessen is stunning. She uses German clones of the famed grape which produces dark fruit, earthier spice, and a lightly tannic edge that combine into a beautiful wine.
