The Conti family rigorously applies organic standards, does a manual harvest and continues to apply the same philosophy in the cellar. Indigenous yeasts are used in fermentation and little to no sulphur is applied. This wine brought a smile, as it is a wine ready for consumption, fragrant, with low alcohol.
