Domaine du Pelican is a Jura project of Guillaume d'Angerville who is the head of Domaine d'Angerville in Volnay, an ancient estate that once housed the Dukes of Burgundy. "Trois Cepages" is a blend of three red varieties that showcase Jura's unique minerality.
