Domaine Fichet "Jeune Vignes" Chardonnay 2023

This is a phenomenal deal for chardonnay planted just outside the boundary of the Maconnais in Burgundy. As a result, it has no appellation status (read: they can't charge as much for it!) Crisp apple and pear fruit with lightly salty minerality and fresh, cleansing acidity.
