Domaine Forey is more famously associated with Vosne-Romanee, but their Morey-Saint-Denis is a terrific example of the oft-overlooked (and undervalued) region. With a little bit of air, this wine expands in the glass and reveals a sexy dark fruit profile and fine, structured tannins.
