Domaine Pecheur "Vieux Millesimes" Cotes du Jura Chardonnay 1982

A wild find. A barrel of oxidative Chardonnay from the 1982 vintage was recently "discovered" in the cellar of Christian Pecheur's grandparents home. 180 bottles were made available for the united states. Like a perfectly aged Vin Jaune, but with a wild streak of bright acidity that melds beautifully with a complex, earthy evolution.
