Sourced from 50-year-old vines near the border of the village of Pernand, this is a tremendous example of an Aligote that shows complexity and depth without sacrificing freshness and drinkability on the palate. Flavors of lemon, oyster shell, and green apple strung along a streak of shimmering acidity.
