Graci Etna Rosato

From Etna, Italy Alberto Aiello Graci keeps intact local traditions in his winemaking. They do not use any type of herbicides and intervention is limited. They opt for using upright wooden casks instead of barriques. The reason for this is to be able to reflect the personalities of their vineyards and the differences between each harvest. The 2018 rose has notes of jasmine tea, melon, and peach.
