Le Rocher des Violettes Chenin Blanc

After studying winemaking in Chablis and Beaune, Xavier Weisskopf founded Le Rocher des Violettes in 2005. He immediately started to convert the vineyards to practicing organic. This wine is rich, round, and fleshy with notes of lemongrass, yellow flowers, and a hint of ginger. This wine is great with food that is slightly spicy.
