Marcel Deiss "Schoffweg" 2022

Marcel Deiss changed the paradigm in his native Alsace by embracing field blends over mono-varietal wines. Schoffweg is a co-ferment of many different “Pinot” varieties along with Riesling and Chasselas. A rich, textural white with earthy orchard fruit flavors and a broad texture.
