Mezcal Local is a vegan Pechuga de Maguey crafted by third-generation maestro mezcalero Leonel Hernández (Don Gil) of San Pablo Villa de Mitla. Expertly made with 100% agave Espadin, harvested after 10 years, the mezcal is double-distilled in copper and infused with hearts and fruit (no meat). This special process adds natural purifying effects plus a delightful range of distinctive flavor notes.
