Michel Gahier "La Fauquette" Arbois Melon 2019

This is an intense, powerful, unabashedly natural wine from one of the Jura's greatest producers. Melon a Queue Rouge is a local clone of Chardonnay, and here it is aged for 4 years in barrel without topping up. A heady combination of sea salt, dried tropical fruit, pine resin and walnut flavors.
