Pax Trousseau Gris 2022

Trousseau Gris originates from Jura, and is known as "Gray Riesling" in California where it once thrived. It has declined in popularity and Fanucchi-Wood road vineyard has the only remaining plot where this is grown, and Pax is the best known producer of this variety in the US. This skin-contact wine has a remarkable aromas of flowers and peaches and light tannic grip which will complement many different cuisines.
