Bonnet-Cotton "Poncie" Fleurie

One of our favorite young winemakers out of Beaujolais, Pierre Cotton, is turning out some stunningly complex juice. His Fleurie is lighter and more delicate; wonderful for spring drinking, notes of tart raspberries and juicy strawberry.
