Primitivo Quiles "Cono 4" Monastrell 2020

A jewel of a wine, hailing from the dusty, sub-baked terroir of Alicante, in southeastern Spain. This is Monastrell country, a burly red grape that does well in hot climates. This winemaking is uber-tradtional and showcases flavors of fig, dried red plum, mocha and a little herbal spice.
