White wine. Piedmont, Italy. Sustainable. 100% Nascetta. Produced from 7 to 10-year-old vines of this nearly forgotten, indigenous variety and aged 6 months in amphora. Smoke, peach, nectarine and petrol are some of the many notes that flesh out in the glass. Rich and viscous in texture, with tremendous depth and plenty of personality.
