The main component is the wildly aromatic Listan Negro followed by Tintilla (Trousseau). Each parcel begins vinification separately in stainless steel before blending and finishing small concrete tanks (90 per cent) and mature French oak puncheons. This cuvee is a perky, juicy and refreshing wine where the vivid primary aromas and flavors of Listan take center stage.
