Farming Practices

One of the best-kept secrets in certified-biodynamic rosé is Pomponette, produced by the Sulauze family in the idyllic hills near Aix-en-Provence. Polyculture is employed in the vineyards, and volcanic sulfur is used sparingly at bottling. A crisp, vibrant wine with light wild strawberries and white grapefruit accents and a salty, mineral finish.
