Tilth, Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Burkett Vineyard in Saint Helena, and a vineyard in Yountville that lies just a few hundred yards from where we make the wine. Tilth sauvignon is a juicy, tropical wine, lush with stone fruits and citrus. Jason Driscoll employed neutral French oak barrels to ferment the wine, and then after fermentation, left the wine in the barrels and aged it for seven months on the lees.
