Under The Wire "Alder Springs" Sparkling Pinot Noir 2020

Under The Wire is the sparkling wine project from Morgan and Chris at Bedrock Wine Co. This is produced identically as a vintage Champagne (over 3 years on the lees before disgorgement), and is sourced from one of the great Pinot Noir vineyards of Northern California. Spicy, floral red fruit tones come through, supported by bright acidity and a rich structure. Superb.
