A Blend of New York, Indiana, and Kentucky Rye, when it comes off the still it is sweet, grassy & floral. A traditional spicy characteristic comes from the barrel. With this whiskey, we lightly oak the distillate in our 7-year bourbon barrels with fresh oak and applewood staves. Non-chill filtered and proofed with pure limestone mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of New York, just under 100 miles north of the distillery, which contributes to the round mouthfeel and exceptionally long finish.
