A fresh take on an old indigenous variety! Grown on gravelly dry soils in a warm windy microclimate, it is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve the wine's pure, clean character. Bright and juicy. Notes of cherry and plum and earth; quite refined on finish.
