ArteNOM Seleccion de 1146 Añejo is a 100% additive free tequila made by Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca at Tequileña in Tequila. Produced using highland agaves near Atotonilco el Alto, it's then aged for almost 3 years, first in used Cabernet Franc wine barrels from the Loire Valley and then in toasted American white oak previously used for Canadian whiskey or Tennessee rye whiskey. Fermentation is done using Mendoza wine yeast strains and verified Additive Free by Tequila Matchmaker. Sip neat or on the rocks.
