Out of the highly esteemed Destilería “El Cascahuín" El Sabino is another banger from Lagrimas. Located near the Guachimontones, the circular pyramids featured in their logo, this ranch produced exceedingly high-quality agave. Aromas of fresh mint, lemon tea, eucalyptus, and citrus, and on the palate - great minerality, cooked agave, fresh herbs, with a buttery-smooth mouthfeel.
