Athanasiou "Fysis" Nemea 2019

This cuvee of Agiorgitiko is fermented in clay amphora with native yeast, before resting in oak for a year. The result is a wine that has a beautifully rich texture that somehow remains fresh on the palate. A little earthy fun on the nose gives way to sumptuous dark fruit and herbal spice.
