Vignobles Levet "Les Journaries" Cote-Rotie 2021

One of the most traditional producers on the treacherous slopes of the Cote-Rotie appellation in the northern Rhone bottles wines that are meant to laid down for many, many years. This is a dense, tannic wine showing plummy red fruit and spicy violet accents. Give it as much as possible and watch it open up beautifully in the glass.
