This unique wine began 20 bushels of wild apples from a seedling at the edge of Auten Vineyard. The wild apples were co-fermented with late harvested Riesling grapes. This wine is dry, crisp, and amber colored, with peppery notes of lemon zest. Perfect for pairing with creamy pasta or your favorite cheeses.
