100% Riesling from the Bloomers' Auten vineyard. The grapes were crushed and left to soak with the skins for up to 7 days before pressing. The base wine was sweetened with a separate lot of skin-fermented Auten Riesling to complete fermentation in bottle. The resulting wine is exuberant and complex, with great acidity.
