Select grapes from the lowest-yielding, best-exposed vines are used to produce this elite cuvée. Grenache and Mourvedre are 90% of the blend. This wine is aged in smaller neutral "barriques". The “Cuvée Félix” is a more tannic and reserved wine with additional nuance that appears as the wine ages.
