The Mediterranean variety Xarel·lo is the focus of Celler Credo’s wine project. Aged on the lees, macerated with the grape skin, no sulphites added, farmed organic/biodynamic, and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast makes for a beautifully crisp and fresh natural wine.
