This wine is sourced from 70+ year old Pinot Noir planted on a perfect south-facing site in the famed Grand Cru village of Ambonnay. Disgorged after 5 years on the lees, this is a rich, textural wine with delicious spicy red fruit tones, brioche, ginger and brilliant acidity.
