60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec. Elevage runs 15 months in a mix of new and old “pieces”, this is the most important wine of the estate. A well balanced lush full bodied wine, red fruit scents with spicy notes enhanced by mellow woodiness.
