Esprit de Pavie is the third label of Château Pavie, one of the most famed estates of the Saint-Emilion appellation of Bordeaux's Right Bank. A subtle note of graphite minerality adds complexity to a full palate of dark, plush fruit and food-friendly tannins. 2016 is a phenomenal vintage which is just starting to open up.
