Tschida produces some of Austria's most spellbinding natural wines, and his rose has a rabid fan base. This is Blaufrankisch harvested over the course of five days in order to show off a wide aromatic spectrum of the grape. This creates a wine with laser-like acidity that also richly-fruited and possessing an earthy spice element.
