Clos des Fous "Grillos Cantores" Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

A project started in 2008 by soil guru Pedro Parra and two other intrepid winemakers seeking profound terroirs in Chile. This is a very pure, naked Cabernet Sauvignon, is all its earthy, spicy glory. Flavors of ancho chile and dusty tannins are balanced by dark red berry fruit.
