Chardonnay planted on limestone soils that is fermented and aged in larger wood to create this exquisite, full-bodied wine that shows hints of tropical fruit matched by a lush texture and salty minerality. A great example of why Pouilly-Fuisse has long been one of Burgundy best-known appellations for white wines.
