Domaine Christian Binner "BOMB-ISCH" 2019

This Alsatian natural wine pioneer has long produced excellent blends of the "pinot" varieties. This wine is a blend of pinot gris and pinot noir, with about two weeks maceration. The result is something that's not quite rose, not quite red. Extremely aromatic, with a hint of funk.
