Domaine Oudin Chablis 2023

The Oudin sisters produce some truly excellent, understated Chablis from organic vineyards. There is a delicacy and finesse here that is remarkable, thanks to a native yeast fermentation. A feather-light wine that tastes like the pure distillation of limestone in a glass.
