The chilly climate of Austurias on the northern coast of Spain is typically better suited to growing apples than grapes, but this natural producer is producing amazing wines from organically-farmed vines. This salty, lightly-oxidative wine reminds us of the Jura or Jerez with flavors of ripe apple, sea slat, hazelnuts and a little bit of earthy funk.
