The warm Pfalz region is home to some of Germany's most complex DRY Rieslings, and Burklin-Wolf is one of the best producers here. This wine is certified-biodynamic, and showcases ripe, tropical-tinged fruit with herbal accents. The acidity is bright, but not overwhelming, a testament to the excellent farming practiced here.
