Ramato is a historical style of producing Pinot Grigio in the Friuli-Venezia-Giulia region of Italy. Traditionally, the wines exhibited color derived from contact with Pinot Grigio’s pigmented skins. This Ramato-style wine is made with 100% Pinot Gris from premier Edna Valley vineyards. The wine sits on skins anywhere from 30 to 60 days.
