Franchere "Split Infinitives" Pet-Nat 2022

This playful orange Pet-Nat (single-fermentation sparkling) is fizzy and full of flavor. Notes of apricot, citrus peel and a little oxidative nuttiness combine beautifully. A true natural wine that is bottled without added sulfur. We would love to happily serve this wine. (we couldn't resist a split infinitive grammar "joke.")
