You can't even think about telling the story of natural wine and skin-contact "orange" wines without placing Josko Gravner in a starring role. This wine sees a long fermentation on the skins in buried anfora, followed by six years (!) in barrel before relase. A profound, intensely earthy and mineral wine to be savored over the course of several days.
