This is one of the best sites in the village of Saint-Aubin. En Remily is perched above the grand cru Chevalier-Montrachet, and the extremely stony soils here always produce a serious, mineral-drive wine with exceptional complexity and length. Prudhon's bottling is always a winner and always well-priced.
