Gernot Kollmann performs "heroic agriculture" on the impossibly steep slopes of Enkirch in the Mosel. This wine is his introduction to the estate. A classic Mosel DRY Riesling that also shows a nice breadth of texture, pretty floral aromatics, and acidity that is bright, but not brutal on the taste buds. Such a great value.
