Luke Lambert Yarra Valley Syrah 2021

One of the best producers of cool-climate Syrah in Australia. Notice the choice of "Syrah" over "Shiraz" for the label. The wine is fermented almost entirely with stems, revealing beautiful floral spice and cracked pepper tones to balance dark red fruit. Serious stuff.
