Tathagata di menat is a red wine obtained from 100% Gaglioppo grapes from vineyards overlooking the Ionian Sea. Destemming entirely by hand, grape by grape, spontaneous fermentation with whole grain in steel and Georgian Amphora . A crunchy and dynamic wine, a triumph of salt, with almost silky tannins.
