Mittnacht Riesling

This off-dry Riesling has fruit aromas on the nose and citrus flavors on the palate with vivid acidity. An early pioneer of the biodynamic movement, the domaine believes in minimal intervention and that complex, complete soils are essential for terroir driven wines. Pairs well with shrimp, grilled fish, poultry, spicy foods and fresh goat cheese.
