Elisabetta Fagiuoli is the queen of Vernaccia, and her wines unquestionably some of the most complex and ageworthy white wines in Tuscany. This is her tribute to the old blends of the past, employing Malvasia and Trebbiano in addition to Vernacchia, aged in old barrique. A dense, voluptuous wine that still manages to show her trademark minerality.
