Via de La Plata is made from a blend of Macabeo and Parellada with long lees aging and second fermentation in bottle. This cava is zero dosage. It is medium bodied with notes of bright green fig, green plum, and flaky puff pastry. This would go great with tapas, seafood paella, and weekend brunches!
